All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of AuditNova or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, display, perform, publish, distribute, disseminate, broadcast, or circulate any content from our website without prior written consent from AuditNova.

Our liability to you for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action will be limited to the amount paid by you to AuditNova for the services in question.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AuditNova, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11. Governing Law

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Montreal, Quebec.
